I'm not sure? You have to do the work yourself that's for sure. Just asking people for the answer won't be enough. Research nutrition and the what/why of it all. In the meantime, do the best you can!

Bye-bye muscle and hello never being able to eat normal again without re-gaining weight at lightning speed. Thanks to the muscle you lost in your low cal loss it will be even harder to lose again. Also, if someone is beginning at an obese level and attempts to lose that way they will most likely look absolutely deflated.…

Chobani apple isn't so bad! Best tasting (tastes like regular) Greek I've found is Yoplait Greek Vanilla (NOT honey vanilla). It's hard to find and fairly new. 100 cals and worth a try! I do love plain Greek as a sour cream sub & for overnight oats and homemade Fro-yo :)

I just had my avocado on toast with a fried egg AND turkey bacon :)

Checking in every so often! I dragged myself to the treadmill when I was sick Friday, weights yesterday and 25 degree run this morning before work.
-
I skipped a day because I had to take a test that required I don't exercise 24/hrs beforehand. And? You clearly don't understand the concept so why are you here? It looks like trolling.....
-
God this is driving me batty. Are your arms that you worked out yesterday not resting while you are doing legs today! Exactly.
-
I missed a day >:( Back on it though! Great work everyone!

It's all good Peace, love & exercise!

To anyone picking this challenge apart and throwing negativity around- I'm not sure why you're here unless it's your goal to start *kitten*? You don't get it then move on. Anyhoozle, I had been working out 4-5 days a week, typically take Sun./Mon. off as I work 24hrs. during those 2 days. I have been super busy with a new…

Exactly. "rest days" are for serious training on the same muscle group every day ( like bikers, marathon runners and serious weight lifters). Muscle recovery can happen as long as you are not training the same muscle group each day. Cardio is often considered a day off unless it's something you do for long periods the…

If its not for you then don't join :) I mix cardio and weight training with yoga so a day off isn't necessary as cardio and yoga are technically "days off" as my cardio isn't running miles and miles daily and my weights aren't 7 days a week. Days off are only necessary for people who overtrain the same muscle groups daily.

Awesome! Anyone else? Yesterday I went for a run and did a 15 min. weight session. Almost didn't but committing to every day doesn't allow me the luxury of the "I'll do it tomorrow " excuse so I made it happen :) Today is a boot camp class!
-
Knock-know.....anyone else?
-
Exercise every day doesn't have to mean killing yourself at the gym for 1+ hours. It. can mean that you take a walk, run the stairs at work or do 100 sit-ups on your "rest day" ya know? I used to do so much better when I worked out daily a few years ago..
-
So far today I've run 30 min. on the treadmill.

You are one of the lucky ones! You get to have all this extra time to find YOURself, without a relationship interfering or hindering your growth. You get to be selfish, work on just YOU and create your own happiness. You get the time to figure out what you really want in a partner, what you don't want and most importantly…

I shop NY & Cali without a budget so I don't have an issue finding clothes but the longer tops (as I have a longer torso and bigger chest so it shortens everything) are in short supply. Not really a mall shopper, do like Woodbury commons, small designer specific shops, thrift stores, boutiques and even Target! The JCP here…

Interesting how many of those screaming "don't judge meeeeee!" also turn around and say that the misses or women's depts are frumpy and old. 'xcuse me? I can put together an outfit from most anywhere (including he womens dept. and I promise you no one EVER accused me of looking either frumpy or old) and make it work just…

That's cute! Of course there are cute things in the Juniors dept. I would/have bought myself, there are also some things that just look crazy/ridiculous on an adult too. Then again, if someone has no clue how to dress then they will find crazy or inappropriate in any dept.

I know women well into their 40's wearing Hollister head-to-toe. So many *kitten* kissers telling them they look 20 (unbelievably kind lies) that they believe it. It just looks so.....desperate? A little crazy fo sho.

Love it!

My first job was babysitting, first real job was monitoring the playroom and working gifts hop at the San Francisco Toy Museum when I was 12. Worst job, after 1.5 years of being unable to walk after a snowboarding accident and the recuperation, I was beyond broke and took a job nannying for the most horrendous family. 4…

I'm a 36 F. I used to say I couldn't run because of my boobsiesss but that was just a lame and embarrassingly transparent excuse. Truth is, with the right combo of support, these suckers are a non issue. Perhaps he assumes you will be running in a push-up bra? Never heard of a Dr recommending that in my life! Want to add,…

Exactly. There are times when cycling your calories down makes sense. Just not the way I want to live! I think the missing component that people who have tried eating more (not more than your TDEE just more than bare minimum) is muscle. Lifting weights and maintaining high protein is essential! I'm not saying it will work…

Ever wonder why it's so easy to put on weight? Do you work for weeks to lose a few pounds and a few slip ups later it's all back on and twice as hard to lose? That muscle you lose from inadequate caloric intake is the reason. With less mucle you will then gain faster, what you gain is fatter and it's also why it's harder…
