"IF" You run into her outside when you're both walking out, simply say "hey I'm .........I see you here a lot and wanted to introduce myself" exchange small talk, say have a good day/night and BAM, door is open to say more casually next time. Wouldn't appach in gym or during workout initially.

Everyday cleaning could in theroy get logged if your activity level is set to sedentary and therefore your calories are at a sedentary level, BUT, I think the numbers are overinflated on the presets & an HRM is only accurate for true cardio so it would be hard to guess the real calories burned. Same thing here! I lost over 100 pounds and gained some back :( What went wrong was losing too fast by restricting my cals to 1250 and exercising my *kitten* off but never upping the cals to compensate. Yup, water weight. Some fat too surely. The first month you could drop #20 so don't be shocked (I did!) and then get disappointed when it slows to a normal rate.

By the way- decided this 3rd week will be the same exercises as the previous 2 and then August will be new exercises! I want them to still be exercises that ANYONE can do, ANYWHERE and with body weight or something creatively used as weight. :happy:
