Yes! I have some kind of reverse dysmorphic disorder I swear! In photos, I look 300 pounds, in the mirror I think I look okay. Wish I could see myself accurately :( Seeing a pic of myself really sets me into a depression.

Interesting, I recently discovered I likely stopped losing weight due to several cycles of antibiotics. Had I not been so carefully counting cals and exercise- I would have likely gained. Seems connected....

You can do them on a wall :) If all else fail then grab some heavy weights, lay on your back and do overhead presses :) EVERYTHING can be modified and there is NOTHING you can't do!

I looked at everything for same issue- couldn't find anything. Ended up with a Subaru that I can keep back straight. Heated seats help a lot and a good old mini pillow filled with rice/seeds.

Sore thighs shouldn't interfere with a calf workout :) I also have a really bad knee (replaced ACL, repaired MCL, all kinds on meniscus damage) and doesn't bother it at all. I will suggest NOT doing these all at once. Throughout the day in sets :) also-STRECH!!!!!

These challenges are more about discovering that you really CAN push yourself to a new level. Did you do more than you had before? Either way, NEXT time you will beat this number you reached so remember it!
