I would compare exact serving with Resturant as well. Make a big salad and enough pasta to fit in your cupped palm. Wouldn't do this daily but occasionally will be fine.

Because most people don't venture into the groups. I used to do these challenges a few years ago, found it best (for myself) to keep it simple.

Not sure if you are being sarcastic(?) but if 150 is not a "challenge" for you then you should add weight, and if you already add weight then add more for a challenge or do jumping squats :)

I will post the challenge every day this week but prefer not to add as I am an active member and will miss all of my newsfeed support/supporting if I have too many people on my list!
