Definitely 10!! He just melted my heart. And the seen where he delivers the half human version of himself to Rose kills me every time. Rose: But he's not you. The Doctor: He needs you. That's very me.

I am new here and have only asked a couple of questions on the forums. I got back nothing but positive help. I can take tough love and blunt, non-sugar coated responses. The only snarkiness I have seen has been where it is obviously people just messing with each other, not in reponse to people asking for help. If you have…

I would love a mentor. I am 35 and want to lose about 60lbs. I am working on a "slow and steady wins the race" approach.

Yeah, that was just his way of saying they werent a good enough breakfast for the kids. I occasionally would let them have them for breakfast (while he was away) just paired it with milk and fresh fruit.

Way to go!!!!

fresh baby spinach with sliced strawberries and mandarin oranges is yummy.

My huby can't stand to have poptarts in the house because they have no nitritional value as a breakfast. I used to hide a box of Smores poptarts so I could have them as a treat.

Also are you eating or netting 1400 calories a day?
-
If you are eating 1400 a day and working out the way you listed, I would definitley see a doctor. Perhaps there is something else affecting your weight loss.
-
I have had a similar question. We often get told chemicals are scary bad for you. My plan is to try to eat less processed food and work on upping my veggie in take. Small steps.

Started at 217, first goal is 160lbs. Add me!

What a sticky situation. Yes it is the bride's wedding but you should still be conscious of other peoples feelings and finances. My friend was recently in a wedding where the bride and grooms family both had money, she wanted the brides maids to buy Vera Wang dresses and shoes that were $250 per pair, plus pay a ton of…

Ugghh. Someone brought donuts into work and I really wanted one so I looked up the calories/fat to make an informed choice about was it worth the calories...people at work flipped out. "Its just a donut, just eat it" said the skinny girl who eats whatever she wants. I said yes, but I have a goal and I want to work for it,…

Just my $0.02 Issue 1: It is your wedding, if you want champagne and coffee have it. IMO you are respecting their religous beliefs by offering alternatives. None should expect you to abide by their beliefs. As for the modesty of the dress, again your wedding, your moment and memories. Probably would avoid any really…

I was a 27 year old divorced mother of 2. I had tried dating a bit but had reached a point in my life where I was ok being single. Met a nice guy on MySpace after he asked about a photo I posted from my deployment to Iraq. had no intention of actually meetnig this guy in person even though we lived in the same town. You…

My husband and daughter both have it. While getting my husband to exfoliate and moisturize can be tricky, my daught has had a lot of improvement with hers. We found that Amlactin lotion (recommended by her dermatologist) works best for her.

Hi. I am new too. Like you I did WW and had success but I always failed at maintaining. My Mom lost 150 lbs with them and worked for WW for years, I know it works but maybe not for me. Now I am looking to try something else. Sending a friend request your way. Let's help each other kick some butt!

For us newbies, lets all congratulate ourselves for taking the first step. While I have never been a thin person, I used to be in the Army and was healthy and could run (slowly and never really loved doing it). Now I am at the heaviest I have ever been (217 5'4"). Ready to change my life and be a better me. If we all…
