Hang in there. The same thing happened to a friend of mine a few years back. He wanted to get married and start a family and his girlfriend did not. They broke up, and a week later he met his wife and now they have four children together.

The Garmin 305 is quite popular. I have one and know many other runners that have it also.

I have one. I really like it. From everything that I've read, regardless of which HRM you get, none of them are really all that accurate when it comes to calorie burn. Heart rate wise it's very accurate.

I have done it in the past. It's a great workout. It is hard, but not very long. Around 20 minutes or so. I've moved on though to P90X and other routines, but someday I may do shred again.

Create your own circuits by mixing 5 or more of some cardio exercises. Do the circuits multiple times and you'll get quite a burn. Here are some exercise examples: Mountain Climbers Squat Thrust Star Jumps Jump Rope Lunges Jumping jacks Sit-ups Crunches Push-ups Squats Calf-raises Chair Dips Flutter kick

Cardio exercise. That always works for me. That's why I run.

I've heard your body will naturally retain water as part of the healing process after strength training. I'm not sure if it's true or not, but that may explain the gain.

I use Ben Gay for pain along with an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen. But (RICE) Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation is the best remedy.

You can do it! I just finished Lean over the weekend. If I can do it, anybody can do it. I like, "I recommend foot spray" and "Get up! Get up!...I know I'm yelling too much for yoga...".
