  • i do the same thing. I have been going to a consignment shop to pick up clothes because i don't have skinny clothes any more. The nice thing i bring in a load of fat clothes when i go to get rid of.
  • 5'3" and want to be 160. That last time I was that weight i looked good and was happy with my size. 60 pounds to go. Ugh The Holidays were a killer loosing the 5 pounds i gained from that is the first step.

  • People started noticing after i lost 10 pounds. But since i am working out i am gaining muscle and toning up so i have lost 3 pants sizes. I think people notice because my clothes hang on me since i have not been able to replace all of my wardrobe.

  • I know how you feel this morning i was able to run for 40 seconds with out stopping and kept up with the other women in boot camp. Of course after a few more laps i was looking for addtional oxygen.
  • Out of town for a week, missed boot camp and exercising with the other women in my group. Didn't journal the nutrition or drink enough water. But i still lost weight. So i must have done something right.

  • i wear new balance they are very good for workouts unless i do a lot of running - getting shin splints. I was told they were cross trainers so thought they would be good. My trainer told me to get inserts so will try them to see if that will help.
  • i am with you on the frequent bathroom trips. But it does get better with time. I drink 120 mL of water a day unless i have coffee then i increase 1 cup water for every cup of coffee. Has really cut back on my cofee drinking.

  • i wear a regulr bra to workout in but know what you mean. I have never found a sports bra that i like.
  • Hello I have been doing htis about a week now. Love how easy it is to track food and exercise. I go to a Women's boot camp and we have to do food journals. It is great that i can print out the reports and just hand them in.
