PIZZA!!!

So my two boys and husband wanted pizza last night for supper. Even though my husband is doing MFP as well he needed a break and decided to eat pizza as well. Boy oh boy was it tempting to grab a piece myself, BUT I DIDN'T! Instead this is what I fixed:
Wasa crackers- lite rye- 3 crackers = 90 calories
Tomato sauce- 1/16 cup = 5 calories
Hormel turkey pepperoni- 17 pieces = 70 calories
Sliced mushrooms- 1/4 cup = 15 calories
Fat Free Bordens cheese- 1 slice = 30 calories
weight watchers mozzarella cheese stick = 50 calories
Total calories= 260
I made strips out of both cheeses and put on top. Microwaved to melt cheese, then added some Italian spices and fennel seeds and wham instant pizza without the guilt!
It is kinda high in sodium so I made sure to drink some extra water last night!

I would have had the pizza. Increase your workout to compensate for the addtional calories.0

I made my own pizza last night. With the dough, my own homemade pizza sauce and herbs and mozzarella, it comes in around 400 calories and that includes a side salad. And it's fun!
We make pizza at least once/week. Take-out pizza, however, is a rare occurrence in our house.0
