If I were you, I would exercise for all of my body, not target just the arms. Find a program that targets everything. I do Nike Training Club app. I have a very hard time with push-ups, but all the other exercises involve arms too, I can already see a difference. Commercials address the subconscious. Unlike people here, on MFP, who took healthy choices, everybody else will let that juicy hamburger image with a "weight loss" tag stick somewhere in a "drawer" inside their mind. Weight loss and diet is what sells better now, so why would McDonalds pass that chance?

i wasn't going to try it, i was just curious, because I knew hcg was a pregnancy hormone. I was surprised when I saw an add about it today and did not know the connection. I will stick to my good eating and exercising, no quick fixes. Thank you!!!

I get bigger before I get leaner???? I didn't know that! Would like to know more about that subject. I eat at least 1200 calories per day, maybe underestimating some.

colored one makes it seem like your breasts are bigger. black one reduces the size. I would go with the black for the simple fact of not giving you neck pain. And the bottom is cute. As for looks, I like how you look in the colored one!

eat a bigger breakfast, around 3-400 calories. eat a fruit salad or regular salad with just lemon juice as a dressing. one slice of toast with peanut butter...greek yogurt, a handful of almonds...

Use it on tiles? Mine stays put on tiles. Or if you exercise on the carpet, use a beach towel instead of the mat, maybe that one will stay put?
