The point is not to use a bra. Seeing the parts of your body jumping with you in a manner that are not....attractive, would make you want to move and exercise to make them attractive again :)))

I didn't think I lost any inches or pounds, but today I fit into a size 4 pants, when I usually wear 6. I think the pants today were defective :laugh: I also tried my OLDDDD workout outfit and I actually looked good in it! Workouts are paying off :))). My bf is noticing changes more than I am, so I take his word for it :)

I always, I mean DAILY got sick from the B vitamins. So I took them in the evening instead until I finally stopped taking them.

Sore the next day. I worked out yesterday after 4 days of break. I woke up with sore muscles, but today I worked out again with sores and all :))) Did I do good? Should I rest tomorrow?

My mom made this as a summer salad. There are 2 versions of it: one with feta cheese, the other with onion instead of the feta cheese. I love the sauce that remains on the bottom once you eat all the salad....and dip bread it in...is like a little piece of Heaven!

You are not the only one. Don't fret over it. Drink lots of water and keep exercising. It may also be the food you eat, some cause...aham...gas :bigsmile: .

I know it sounds funny, but eat a big breakfast. Must be some protein, like eggs. I also like Kashi Go Lean cereal, it keeps me full for longer.
