The electronic cigarette is what got me off of tobacco. I couldn't afford chantix or the real nicotine replacement products, so I got a $30 e cigarette kit and some extra liquid nicotine. You have to research which one to buy. The models they sell at the mall are way overpriced and supposedly don't work very well. I swear…

I've always loved bread.. so much so that I've always eaten it unbuttered. Hell, I used to make half a loaf of french bread my lunch. Now that I'm dieting, I'll only have whole grain, and only a couple slices a day or else the sodium adds up. For sandwiches I use Natures Own Sandwich Flats.

I love using straight balsamic vinegar.

Egg whites are great protein and they're easy to cook. Just put them in an oiled, lightly covered microwavable tupperware and microwave them for 15-30 seconds or until the steam cooks them and they puff up like a soufflé. I buy the smallest carton because they don't keep very long and a little goes a long way.

Ouch! But It could be worse. I've worked at Mexican restaurants and I've seen guys come out of the bathroom with tears in their eyes after cutting jalapeños and neglecting to washing their hands before going to the bathroom.

Pepperidge Farm - Deli Flats - Soft 100% Whole Wheat Although I use Nature's Own but I've been too lazy to add it. Love these things.

Lean Cuisine mac and cheese and a whole wheat English Muffin. I was gonna halve it and have some tuna salad with it, but I got lazy :smile:

Hmm I've been looking for a relatively low sodium condiment to use instead of mayo. I've been using mustard, but the sodium really adds up. Gonna give hummus a try, thanks.

I enjoy it, but keep in mind that it still has splenda and acesulfame potassium in it.

Today I had a frozen banana with 1 and a half tablespoons of lite Hershey's syrup and a dab of fat free cool whip.

Yikes! Hope that meatloaf I ate for dinner was okay.

The stevia aftertaste seems to be completely subjective. I've never experienced it myself using Stevia in the Raw but others can't stand the stuff.
