Ok so I've done something really stupid .

I was cutting chili peppers for dinner, and rubbed my eyes :noway:

Does anybody know How long will it burn ?

    Ouch! That sounds painful.

I think it really depends on what chillies they were. I don't know how long it will last but if it doesn't ease then maybe you should get to your doctor?

When my eyes are stinging from onions, I put two cold metal spoons on my eyelids (eyes closed, of course). This seems to help the irritation.

I really hope the pain eases soon.

    Wear gloves next time

I don't know, but I imagine flushing with cool water will definitely help. Once as a kid, I rubbed my eye after touching the crushed red pepper shaker at a pizza place...BIG MISTAKE!! I flushed it with water and it went away pretty quickly.

This might sound counter-intuitive, but use warm water instead of cold. Warm water makes the oils more solvent and washes them away quicker

Ouch! But It could be worse. I've worked at Mexican restaurants and I've seen guys come out of the bathroom with tears in their eyes after cutting jalapeños and neglecting to washing their hands before going to the bathroom.
