  • Thank you for the info!! :) That makes sense.
  • I am so inspired by those of you that are sticking with it!! I really want to do it myself, but I don't have a juicer. I'm okay with making the investment, but wondered if you get the same benefit from blending the same ingredients. I read on the posts about how the juice is processed into your body faster, but will I get…

  • I am in!! Thank you for being a leader and getting it started!! P.S. It's totally alright to feel great about how you looked in a bathing suit!! I guarantee you were motivation for the other ladies:)

  • I'm 5'5" and my goal weight is 130. I feel like this is a healthy weight for me. I tend to carry my weight in my hips and butt area. I would like to be a size 4, but I'm currently wearing size 6-8. I know the size doesn't matter, its more about the fit. I'm working towards the healthy 130:) Good luck to you!!
  • Thanks for sharing!! I had a rough weekend, foodwise. I'm ready to get back on track!! This article gives great ideas!!
  • Thanks everyone for the feedback! I really think this site/community is going to help me reach my happy weight! Everything in moderation, don't beat yourself up, stay away from foods that may be a "trigger" for a "bad food spiral." This is great advice, I really appreciate your posts!!
