Trader's Joe sprouted 7grain bread. 60 calories per slice. 5g protein, 1g fat, 7g carbs, 3g fiber..... try to beat that.

but potatoes are not complex carb. The opposite.. Potatoes have very have GI index and raise blood sugar. Regular potatoes are BAD carbs. Sweet potatoes however are VERY GOOD carbs. and sprouted bread is even better than whole-wheat bread
