I can't wrap my head around that...I lost weight before and never weighed a thing.if the cereal box days bran flakes 3/4 cup I measure 3/4 cup....why weigh something that has nutritional values given to me as cups, tablespoons, 3 cookies, one slice,of bread?

Jogging stroller and a high school track or paved path. Walking gives you and baby time in fresh air and exercise. Some of our best walks were at a golf course that had a paved walking public path.

I have the scale but never even considered the recipe generator. I was just writing it all down then figuring out my portion ...which is sort of the same but a lot of steps, plus I would do it all over again if I ate it as leftovers.
