  • If you are in your house and the weather is horrible....dance or go up and down stairs. I got a sweet spin bike for under $300 from sears. Most malls open early for people who want to walk. It's worth a try.
  • Plus its not the fat that I am worried about it's the sugar...so a cookie is worse for me with PCOS than a few croutons. As long as I log it and lose weight, it's all good. I am never going to be a weightlifting bikini model

  • mine is not a gross combo but not so healthy Wheat bread with peanut butter and then topped with honey and it was oh so good I would have at least 2 slices this way and now my kids love it. thank God they are stick thin and burn it off through out the day.
