10 pounds is a huge difference especially when your not super obese! I felt so good after I lost my first 10. I was super happy lol

lol why WOULDN'T you want to be taller than all the females. Every guy I know likes a taller femme over a short one Plus you can see everything going on around you :P

lol you are way more active than I am. But it is always better to underestimate exercise than overestimate You can always put sedentary and then log steps or get a HRM to help you calculate calories

Everything in moderation! if you drink beer, select 55 is your best friend (other than your DD). most alcohol has the same amount of calories, its just the add ins that make it higher in calories. So the fruitier the drink, the more calories it is.

adults don't want to hear what other adults say. When a kid says it they are being blunt but honest. When an adult says it, they are butting into your business, being obnoxious, forcing their opinions on you, etc.

lunges with weights work your calves by going up and down on your toes

I had really bad stretch marks on my upper thigh/hips at the beginning of the year but they pretty much have disappeared now because I lost a lot of weight and deep massaged cocoa butter into them every day

if you HAVE to drink beer get the 55 select eat lots of veggies walk (if possible) instead of driving/taking bus etc stay active!

I'm about 5' 6.5" and my goal is to be between 126-133 I was about 127 in highschool and right now I'm 129 and I feel pretty fit and healthy. I just feel confident at this weight.

If there was a picture of a combination of 2 & 3> :flowerforyou: I think the only thing average about #14 is her face. otherwise i would say she is similar to #5 but a little less toned #1 is kinda sad looking, #2 is the media ideal (think transformers hotties) I think #'s 3,5,11 have the best bodies (with some variations)…

lol its ok! At least you stopped at one. yesterday I had 4 Golden Double Stuffed Oreos.... they were DELICIOIUS but 300 calories total :( i could've eaten another meal! *sigh* oh well, today is a new day :glasses:
