I have that problem too... Im usually really super ravenous before working out and then after I get done, I have no desire to eat. Its weird. I usually save dinner till after my workout and force myself to make it. Usually once its cooking, I start to get hungry. Plus I know if I don't eat dinner, I will chew my arm off…

I run in yoga capris or compression pants. I have the same chub rub problem! If you wanna stick to shorts, try some compression shorts under your gym shorts. That way you get no chafing and you still are comfortable in public. They will probably ride up still, but at least there will be something under there this time!…

I typically eat after if I am working out in the AM. If I work out after work, I like there to be about 2 hours between the time I've last eaten to the the time I start my workout. Just depends on you. I get really bad side cramps if I don't leave enough time between eating and exercising.

http://www.fat2fitradio.com/ There are some good calculators there. If you know your body fat %, awesome. If not, there is a calculator on there for that too. I added like 10 lbs to my goal weight cause i realized my body would have like 0 muscle mass if I wanted to be at my original goal. Good luck! :)

Not sure if anyone else said this already or not, but don't deprive yourself of anything. If someone told me I couldnt eat mexican food or chocolate ever again, I would cry, Just make sure to eat in moderation. Instead of having a snickers bar, have one of those snack size ones. That usually will fulfill the craving…
