  • Cardio. Cardio. Cardio. Suicides. Walk on the treadmill at 3.5mph at a 15% incline. Intervals on the bike, treadmill, or elliptical. Cardio is the most important step in losing weight/fat, try to do at least 30 minutes but 60 is always the better idea.
  • I haven't changed what I eat for the most part, I just changed how much I eat. I still have beers and candy, but when I do I make sure I stay within my caloric guidelines. I have stopped eating certain things though after realizing how bad they were for me. I try to keep my fat below 30g no matter what.

I walked at 3.5 on a 15% incline and if I put in what MFP calculate it as it would be 296 calories when in fact I burned 546 calories. That is a huge difference.
