I had VSG in 2011. I did great until this past year. I am peri menopausal. Gained more than I am comfortable with. Working on using protein shakes and clean eating again. I don't eat that much,.....something has to change...QUICK! LOL

I had VSG Sept 6 2011..........so far so good. Lots of work. Surgery is NOT the easy way out.....but a tool. No regrets here ;)

I did HCG last year. I did great on the injections. Later, I tried the drops.....did poorly with those.

I do.....not as much as I'd like to (I have my grand kids a lot). I tan pretty easily since I'm Italian. I live in Washington State......pretty gray this time of year.....great mood booster ;)
