1200 calories of things with low low low calories or 1200 calories of real food? If I'm focused on my proteins, fats, carbs and eating delicious foods like peanut butter, cottage cheese, chicken, eggs, etc etc I can breeeeeze through 1200 calories. 1200 calories on ultra low calorie foods IS tough. Afterall, roughly 6.5lbs…

I got a deal on it (half price) and I got a year of it. I've received 4 of them. Honestly, most of the stuff I throw away. Even at half price, I'd pass :ohwell:

My faves: Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Banana Cream ONGS Cake Batter ONGS Extreme Milk Chocolate Cellucor Mint Chocolate Chip Dymatize Elite Blueberry Muffin All are pretty low calorie, however. So you'll want to either mix with something other than water or have it with some toast, fruit, etc. if you want to use it as…

Perhaps she's embarrassed by the things she eats (she mentioned eating out). If that's the case, I don't think anyone is really here to judge. People want to help, and the very first step is peeking at your log. You may have a nutritionist, but here you have THOUSANDS of people who have been in your shoes. I'm sorry, but…

Arctic Zero. Hmm. I've given it a couple shots. I find that the taste is severely lacking (like, I want to dump Hershey's syrup all over it to get some amount of flavor) and it leaves me with terrible gut rot. I'd rather get some light ice cream/frozen yogurt, really enjoy my half a cup, and be content with that. Not to…

Sometimes, you have to treat yourself. Eat your nuggets, track them, and move on. Cutting things out completely is pretty unrealistic (or, at least, I think so). You need to remember to live your life a little, too.

"If it doesn't click today, maybe it will click tomorrow." I figure, keep trying. One day, things will just "click" and you'll be off and running. I've gone through my ups and downs with losing weight, like everyone has. And I figure if today is tough, maybe tomorrow will be better. Just keep going. Second... "Don't forget…

Depends on my mood, but usually something like... a burger fresh off the grill (not a drive-thru, but something decent). Had one last night. I enjoyed every bite. And I logged it.

Here's a question. Can you not physically eat enough food to reach more than 800 calories or are you afraid/anxious about eating more than 800 calories? I'm guessing the latter. And I *was* that person, too. I think most of us have been there at some point or another. I thought I had to stay low low low in calories to lose…

I'm a huge PB2 fan (I also use the regular stuff, however). I ALWAYS order mine online, usually in the 1lb. bags found on Amazon. However, Groupon had a deal (they might still) for (6) 1lb. Jars for like $36. Better believe I bought them. LOL!

My coworkers (on my team at work) all know what I'm doing. I've been very open and honest and they've been surprisingly supportive. They don't leave treats sitting on my desk and don't mind at all when I pass on things being offered to me. Just be upfront. Tell them you're actually working on improving your eating habits…

What he said! When you're drinking, you shouldn't really be eating low calorie anyway. It won't help the cause. Just enjoy yourself and get right back on track the next day. Have fun!!

I don't know the science behind any of that business, but my best recommendation would be to just keep trying different brands of protein. It took me 4-5 different "tests" of whey to find a brand (and flavors) I actually enjoy. Good luck!!

Its SO good! I keep a tub at work and at home (of the Banana cream!)
-
ON Gold Standard. Cake Batter, Banana Cream, Extreme Milk Chocolate. All delicious.

I used Endomundo for a long time. Now I'm using Runkeeper and I MUCH prefer it. I find it easier to use, doesn't crash, etc.

You can find Body Pump under the cardio exercise section (versus weights). I always wear my HRM during class, however, and use that calorie burn for my MFP log.

My way around "free" food? I judge how much time it's going to take me in the gym to burn off all those crap calories. I change my mind pretty quickly. Don't get me wrong, I love going to the gym (and I love food) but I don't love the gym enough to spend extra time there, working off the temporary satisfaction I had in the…

My "go to" is raspberry vodka with diet Sprite/7up if available. Otherwise Diet Coke. Also, blueberry vodka with diet Sprite and a lemon wedge is to die for, and very refreshing in the summer!

3 days in the gym, 1-2 additional longer walks/runs throughout the week. I was working out at the gym for 6 days/week a while back... I got so burnt out that I didn't go for 3 months. It was terrible. LOL!

My boyfriend and I picked up the orange/yellow bag (he's a huge Doritos fan, I can pass on them). They were terrible. We actually threw them away. Huge bummer. Couldn't tell if they were a BBQ, something chipotle, brown sugar, lime... really confusing. A hot mess of a Dorito, IMO.

I always do air popped popcorn at home, spritz on a little spray butter and sprinkle some sweetener (whatever variety I happen to have on hand) and cinnamon. Delish!

She doesn't need anything overly particular. A good multi doesn't hurt (I've been taking Optinum Nutrition's Women's multi for a few years and love it). The rest of the stuff... save your cash, spend it on groceries or something.
-
Brown rice, soft yolk eggs, and ketchup. Mixed up. Great hangover food... :drinker:
-
White toast with liver sausage (liverwurst) and grape jelly. Freaking amazing. My grandma had me eating this as a young child and I still love it as an adult. Terrible for you, but delicious!

P.Murph's can be a little tricky. But I could never justify almost 500 cals on 1/16th of a pizza - I'd be wanting more! Haha. Sounds super yummy, though. You have plenty of cals leftover though so I wouldn't sweat it! My go-to is always the thin crust cheese with chicken (and the occasional green peps). 1/4 of the…

Spaghetti squash instead of pasta. Love love love this!

Blender Bottle, hands down.

I'm sure people will notice quicker than you think... but I've found that sometimes, people are hesitant to say something. Unless you're my friend's husband who shouted, "Hey, you've lost a ton of weight!" at the dinner table last night with a group of ten. Was rather hilarious.
