I'd visualize and estimate portions, track my best, and move on, making the best of out of my day. Or I'd bring my own food. I've brought my own meal container to a Super Bowl party, to a high school wrestling pizza party, etc to stay on track. You're not going to hurt anyone if you don't try their coleslaw ;)

I use them to make mexi pizzas all the time. I heat a skillet on the stovetop, spray with some Pam, spread refried beans on a tortilla and toss it into the pan. Add veggies and a little bit of cheese. Cover to melt the cheese and keep on the stovetop until the tortilla is crispy on the bottom. Remove and slice. Serve with…

Whatever time of day you're the most productive (and can make the most out of your workout), is the time of day you should. I tried the AM thing, but I was always on the tired side and didn't push myself as hard. Evenings ended up being the best option for me.

Also, if there is a "*" on the sign, it means it's an item they will no longer be carrying - you'll want to stock up if it's a favorite!

I'm a huge fan of the Oh Yeah ONE bars - fantastic flavor. I'd recommend the Lemon Cake, White Chocolate Raspberry or Birthday Cake

Thanks for the reply. I don't have MFP set up on my phone to track steps through my phone. I was prompted by the app when I updated it to "track my steps" on MFP and to choose my device (Fitbit) which I want my steps pulled from (rather than an app downloaded onto my phone to track steps separate from Fitbit). The "step…

Worked slick for me! Just placed an order. I started by Googling "Slick Deals Swanson" and clicked the link through there.

Well, the OP started out by saying Chipotle is serving more than the portions outlined on their websites, and people in turn, are eating a higher amount of calories than they intend. However, when you go on Chipotle.com and say, build your burrito bowl, it outlines the quantity of the meat, cheese, etc that the "serving"…

I'm not going to read through this whole thread. While looks entertaining, I'll just skip here to the end (as of now) and say my small piece. Chipotle can put as much food into that little bowl/burrito/salad as they want. Hey, the more the merrier. However, I'm the one CHOOSING how much to put in my mouth. At the end of…

Might seem silly to mention, but make sure you are on the correct measurement unit (ie grams versus ounces). :)

Currently I have: Banana Cream Cake Batter Extreme Milk Chocolate All are fantastic, I especially like the Banana Cream for something different.

Post makes a cereal called Good Mornings which is basically the same thing as Waffle Crisp. I've only seen it at a few Walmarts, but Post's website has a product locator!

Rocky Road bars are still available! Just saw the cashew variety this weekend! Was tempted to buy, but passed. LOL! You might be able to order online - I saw it in more of a specialty gift shop
-
Rice Krispie Treat Cereal is still available! I've seen it at Walmart and a couple other grocers in the Twin Cities!

I meal prep all of my breakfasts and lunches M-F (days I work). Dinners are kind of a wild card - I just eat whatever I have on hand at home.

Haha, nicely done! On occasion for a treat, my boyfriend and I will walk the 6-mile loop to a local bakery and back for a doughnut on a Sunday morning (probably once a month). Totally worth it. I think things taste better when you really work for it

I'd just do some tasty protein mixed in water (I always drink my Whey mixed in water - the key is to have good tasting protein and not too much water) with maybe a string cheese on the side (not light - just the regular stuff to get a little bit of fat in). Otherwise I'm a huge fan of vanilla greek yogurt with some PB2 and…

You really should try to find a place where you can go get fitted, especially if you're experiencing pain. Even if you have to drive a few towns over - do it. Better than continuing on with shoes that don't work for you and ending up in a doctor's office.

I think a nice balance between cardio and weights is what has helped me along the way (in the last year, I'm down about 65lbs). I usually hit up a BP class 2-3x a week and do a warm up on the elliptical or arc trainer prior to class (usually 30-45 minutes). I think BP has really helped tone and almost reshape my body,…

I just tell people it's what I prefer and that I'm working on losing weight. I've never had people really question me beyond the initial "why" when I give them that reasoning

I think I'm going to roast up some sweet potatoes and mini peppers to go with grilled chicken!
-
I have the s'mores fixings already packed!! I'm definitely going to indulge a little bit, but I don't want to go crazy.
-
I'm definitely able to be involved, but I just don't want to rely on everyone wanting to eat the kind of suggestions I bring forward. I had mentioned bringing to the lake fixings for build-your-own kabobs, perhaps a taco bar, grilled pork chops with corn on the cob, etc. but was told to hold off until the group could…

You're talking to someone who lost 70lbs and kept it off for 5 years. I really don't need to learn how to eat. I was hoping for some fun/healthy/tasty/easy suggestions for meals while I'm on vacation. I definitely understand this will be "real life" and I did mention that depending on the menu, I definitely might be able…

I'd go with the HRM. I always always always use my HRM burn amounts over Map My Walk, RunKeeper, MFP, Fitbit, the machine I'm using. Name it. HRM comes first

I have an egg cooker! LOVE IT! Perfect eggs, every time

I'll be out of town at the "Cabin" for 4 days over the 4th. My plan? I'm going to cook up some food the night before I leave and do a little meal prep for my breakfasts/lunches. Dinners I'll probably join in with what the others are having, but stay mindful and track what I have. On the 4th itself I'll hopefully be out on…

YAY!!! I usually have one can a day and it makes me one HAPPY GIRL! Might not be healthy, there might be "better choices" but it's something I like so in moderation, I'm down.

Hummus! Jam! PB2! All delish. Or plain, can't go wrong there either.
