MapMyFitness vs. Polar HRM calories

Which would be more accurate? When I ride outside, I wear my Polar HRM to see my heart rate but also use the MapMyFitness app to calculate mileage. I've noticed that my HRM can show I've burned around 100-200 calories more than the app. I do a lot of hills when I ride and I'm not sure the MapMyFitness app takes the elevation into account.
Which do you use or find most accurate?
Thanks so much!

I'd go with the HRM. I always always always use my HRM burn amounts over Map My Walk, RunKeeper, MFP, Fitbit, the machine I'm using. Name it. HRM comes first0

Thank you! That's pretty much what I thought as well!0

I agree. In fact the whole reason I bought an HRM was because Map My Fitness thought fast was hard (more calories) and slow was lazy (fewer calories). That's only true on a flat bike ride. Now I sync my HRM to Digifit and get much better results.0

Thanks so much! I'll have to look into Digifit!0
