Kinda have a problem with he was critical before the surgery and equally and critical after the surgery. Basically, this person is not happy and taken his "words" out on you. In retrospect, you have to happy with you and know that you're on your own journey. Agree old "eating" emotional habits are hard to break. Been there…

Thank you so much. I ran a test earlier to the treadmill. My treadmill was calibrated for a different person who weighs 100 pounds more than I do. So my calories that I have been keeping track probably weren't so accurate before. I wanted something to track the "burn" from the treadmill but also track a "burn" for weight…

cottage cheese oatmeal protein drink (whey protein/oatmeal berries/yogurt combo) if you can hack it, tofu versions of breakfast sausage

Gain before and pouff. Have lost during.

Great job and inspiring. You definately see results. Glad you took pictures and measurements. Sometimes that the best way to see it.

What calories are you eating? What are your macros?

Measure in inches. Suprised myself to find out how much I had lost (10). Muscle and fat weigh the same 1 pound vs 1 pound. Muscle takes up less room therefore your shrink inches. Mix up eating plan more calories and less calories. Mix up workout cardio vs weights and training with high and low intensities. Sometimes you…

Friend of mine uses Good Seasoning (bottle) with vinegar and chicken broth...save the oil. Next to 0 calories. You could also do this with good seasoning and water.

That's a journey worth telling.

I had a lady at work do this (doctor supervised) and lost 100 pound but she was probably around 300+ to start out with. She looks great but it is very limiting.

I'm with ya. Started at 1000-1100. Told to bump up. I'm older and shorter. My weight has even out even though I am adding weight lifting and working out. Initially started with 20 minute walk and now working on c2k5 (3x-4x week) and lifting arms weights 2x a week. Mine is stuck too. When I raised the calories I ended up…

Yes you have. Keep it up. Back and neck look way different. Inches.....

The nutrient values will vary depending on your peanut butter/almond butter or protein mixtures (some have more carbs, fats, and calories). This is a great and easy recipe. Thanks!

I'm with ya. I lost 13.65 inches and people go where. ha You look great. Keep it up not so much for people noticing because you feel and look better.

Plain yogurt ...not vanilla. Agree with draining.

It's cheap and easy to make. Agree to add to MFP recipes then divide into the size you want smaller bars...less calories, less stuff. This is important to keep because if you can't get to the store or better yet if you want it to be more natural without all the artificial stuff and preservative to use this one. Thanks. I…

Inches are fabulous. Your body is converting the fat to muscle. Agree is slow but it's progress. I have had the same thing with it not fallling off then realized this is a lifestyle change. Better habits with eating, drinking, exercising. Keep it up

Congrats! I am the same height and glad to see you do it. Definately post pictures of p90x. Heard that does wonders.

All of it is guidelines. If you were at the beginning of the journey high protein low low fat. You've done really well with what's working. Lots of rules out there. Again, if you're losing. Try to keep fat no more than 30%.

Are you doing shakeology too or just reduced calories. Your pictures are amazing. Thanks for posting. Sometime we instantly want to be tiny. Seeing these are the perfect answer because you are getting so much smaller and healthier than before with hard work to boot.

Well, so this so slow for me. Short, and 3 kids to boot. Got on here when one my thirty (young) lost 33 pounds since January eating 1200 with 5 vegetables and 2 fruit servings a day. I did really strict and good the first four week. Then lost track the two weeks just because of stuff going on in my life. Back on here…

You look great and you can really tell on you back? Where did you get the shorts/swimsuit combo. Love those! Keep it up because it's definately working.
-
Trade ya??? Seriously, it's working. Keep it up.

Great job. In a couple of months when you're even small you'll be glad you did this. Also, if you go to my home at the top, check in, edit previous entries to update your ticker too. All the reminders of the progress are always good.

Thanks for posting this. I have been stuck 2x at a number on the scale. The first time was about 3 weeks into it. I was devastated with all the hard work, calorie counting it was stuck. People said to look at the inchese but I didn't have anything to compare it to. So I entered my numbers into my fitness pal and decided…

Smoothies for the fruits and stir frys for the veggies. Goal is to have 5 veggie and 2 fruits a day. I had to cut back my fruit because of the sugar to 1. Eat salad at lunch add protein (chicken, turkey, tuna, ) will help to fight the hunger. Also eat throughout the day. Meals plus snacks. You can use your fruit or veggies…

Stop the clock. Let look at those accomplishments. Lost a ton weight. That is no easy task. You look better. You should be feeling better. Do yourself a favor...pull a biggest loser trick out of the drawer. Find and old picture and take a new one. Look at the difference in what you've cone. Also fill up a backpack with all…
