I have juicer. Love it for detoxing, overall, meal substitution. I get on kicks especially after watcher Fat, Sick, and Nearly dead. I love to juice! When I am sick I bring it out for all the natural vitamins in there. It's good.

Watershoes/old tennis shoes...flip flops will float. Shorts over swim suit. sunscreen...lots.

Go for it. Look for different programs online some start with the whole 45 others start out 20 minutes with 4 minutes walking then 1 minute run alternating. Ditto. Eat light the day of ...next to nothing then eat dinner. If you forget then got light for 2-3 days afterwards to balance out.

Congrats! Totally believe you!!!. Once I went to unprocessed foods...it went away. I try to eat at much natural foods as possible. I say this because if you go somebody house or work function you can't help it. If I have once in a blue moon then ok.

Thanks for posting this. I have stepped on the scale at various points when you realized you didn't in the morning. Now I measure with the tape and will take scale measure every couple of weeks instead of daily.

Awesome! I lose inches then a few week later some pounds. Keep it up. You're doing the right thing because you're losing fat. Muscle takes up less space.

Yeah somebody noticed. That's important. Heard when you lose 10 pounds you nice, 20 pound family notice, and 30 pounds other people notice. It's a big deal.

Shakeology has lots of nutrients in it but agree with $$$. I used to use half and half with whey protein. I can't drink milk the whey protein give me sinus troubles. You look great. I have a daughter who is a pear as well. You are very toned. Your "now" body does not show a pear but rather an athletic body. Congrats to you.
