Results from 30 day Ab Challenge

I wanted to share my results from the 30 day Ab Challenge. Although I only lost a few inches I feel my core is much stronger and ab work is much easier. I also feel my stomach is more toned.
Day 1 - 15 sit-ups, 5 crunches, 5 leg raises, 10s plank
Day 30 – 100 sit-ups, 150 crunches, 58 leg raises, 90s plank (due to sickness I was not able to finish the month)
I would recommend this challenge to everyone! It's intimidating at first but it's amazing what you can do at the end of the month!

Great results!! I got to day.......7? I think and gave up on it. Not because it was too hard, but because it was incredibly boring. :laugh:0
