How to train for short indoor short triatholon?
I briefly considered doing this. I take spinning classes now which I could complete the bike portion of the program no problem. I would have to work up to 5k run (3.1 miles). I think this would be my weakest and start swimming too. Where do you go to get a link to start a triple training short indoor program?

Fitbit or HRM which is better?
Heard some people get a Fitbit while some are currently using a HRM. I am trying to decided between the two. Will a HRM measure calories burned during weight lifting? Will it measure calories just walking around? What's the difference between the 2 and which do you use?

strength training...calories
How do you properly add strength training calories to MFP? I added all the exercise, reps,and weight. When I went to add the time it took it said 56 calories? Is this right?

20% less than Bmr
Is the right way to do this is to figure out your Bmr then takes 20% reduction? I dropped down to too low then was trying to bring it back up at alternating between 50 and 100 calories. Girl at work said it was still to low but I want to be losing not gaining. I adjusted my macro for 50/30/20 but couldn't get enough…

Easy Dip for vegetables
1 container of fat free sour cream 1 package of ranch dressing mix (I like fiesta ranch) Mix together to your taste. If I have little left over fat free sour cream I might just add a tsp or tbsp to taste. Can use as spread on rice cakes, or on tortilla's before adding other ingredients. So easy!
