20% less than Bmr

Is the right way to do this is to figure out your Bmr then takes 20% reduction? I dropped down to too low then was trying to bring it back up at alternating between 50 and 100 calories. Girl at work said it was still to low but I want to be losing not gaining. I adjusted my macro for 50/30/20 but couldn't get enough protein in at 50% which is the fat shreading recommended on 90x. I dropped it back to 45,35,20 again, couldn't get enough protein. I think I am at 40,40,20 again I was losing at a super low number. Should I mix up the exercising. Originally started c25k where it got stuck. I switched to a 30DS and lost. Now stuck again. I am older, and shorter.

TDEE reduced by 20% - shouldn't eat less than your BMR as that is what your body needs to function.0

Ok, got them mixed up this morning. Trying to figure out calories again. I've been raising it slowly from where I started. I've been stuck at the amount.0

i suggest using this calculator.
http://scoobysworkshop.com/
type in your details. set your activity level. set cal reduction to 15 or 20.
and it will show you your BMR, TDEE, and goal calories per day.
using this method, if you set your activity level correctly, you do not eat back exercise calories because they are already worked into your results.0
