Honestly I am just going by what MFP shows me. It says I need 60 g/day... but even if that is not accurate, still I only get about 15% of my calories from protein.

I am really short and don't have time to get a lot of exercise in during the day, so honestly I have not been hungry with a 1200 calorie diet (however, I am not extremely strict with my calorie intake so if I get hungry after 1200, I eat).

Well it was organic and freshly cut that morning so that's pretty fresh to me!

Today was the first day I set it that low... before it was around 1450 (which was manageable). I should probably move back to that.
