I've had someone spray tan me before (years ago) and it faded away normally. If you aren't 100% sure about a spray tan I would play it safe and get a gradual self tanner. The best ones I've used are Jergens and Banana boat. Hope this helps!

Although I do weigh more than you I increased my calories to 1400-1500 a day and actually lost 3 pounds within a week after I had weighed the same for almost a month. I'm interested in reading about other people's results also. Today will be day 3 for me and my thighs are so sore. Are you supposed to take rest days or are you just supposed to work through being sore?

I bought a 10 minute solutions dvd that does kickboxing from sam's club that came with pink weighted gloves (they velcro around your hands though so I guess they technically aren't considered gloves). The weighted gloves (or whatever these are called haha) really help give my arms a better workout. Hope this helps!

I've been going through the same thing. I feel like I do so well during the weekdays and when the weekend comes I've lost what I worked for during the week. I also have a sweet tooth and the 60 calorie jello pudding cups usually give me my chocolate fix. I've also found that minute maid makes frozen lemonade tubes that are under 100 calories and are very refreshing (especially since it's been getting warmer out). I hope this helps!
