Sorry I'm confused, so your first post suggests you got those fab arms without lifting weights. For clarity are you say that you introduced some lifting later? Either way, looking good.

You look so much younger. Very similar to the beautiful actress on Grey's with the alburn hair. How long did it take you, if you don't mind me asking? I'm trying to drop 20lbs by the time we go to Disney at the end of July, to celebrate my 50th. 8lbs in first two weeks. So the hard work starts now.

It might be a Scottish thing, but I make soup from scratch regularly. Sometimes I will make a whole pot - 8 servings - and freeze half. I will eat a portion regularly throughout the day - so say 11am, 2pm, 5 pm and 8pm. It usually comes in around 150 cals a portion, depending on what I put in it. But because I've made it…

Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I think I worded my sentence about work out calories badly. What I meant was I don't want to get into the habit of burning extra calories in advance in order to 'pay' for a higher calorie dinner later.

You've really inspired me. My body shape is about the same as your before pic. Look how toned your arms are. And is great to see someone loose so much from their legs. Do you mind me asking how long it took?
