Rb I agree with you. Just that food and social habbits are similar if you are from the same country. Anyway everyone is welcome to join us. For start I went for a 5 km walk in the morning. Planning for squash in the evening.

Welcome awesome......i played football after a long time. Playing football at 40 is awesome. Did my 10 kms in the morning and hence am pretty tired @ Naruto.....with food around it is difficult to control. I dont join my family when they are having their meals. Just back from a 10 km walk. Thank god for Sundays. Want to stretch it to 20 kms every Sunday morning. @ Naruto.....thx for the welcome....everything else can be planned other than not to weigh for one month. I weigh every seven days to know my progress. @ Rubina....Congrats....you shed 2 Kgs ....... Bravo......
