i am in week 3 and it is great , am shocked how am i completing everyday's goal , i used to HATE running but i can feel my endurance is increasing , they are 3 days a week i do it 5 days when i am able to congratulation on finishing it :D

Thank you for your reply Me too i did 30 days shred 2 times before but i needed something more advanced . I hope i can finish it :D

Im on day 10 and i took 2 days rest and i think it is working as after 5 days from 30 days shred i lost about 1 inch over all my body so i think 1-2 rest days are fine Good luck :)

Same here LOL :D ,,,I was going to escape it but after i saw this am going to do it right now Great job ! the difference is very clear ..keep up the hard work ;)

I Have been on a diet for almost 1 year and i was eating well carbs , proteins and vegetables ,,etc but 2 months ago my body stopped losing weight so i thought that because i've already lost 25 lbs so it's hard to lose weight again i thought of eating less ,,,as for the last two months my body was not responding for this…
