Thanks for the reply its helped so much, normally im good but when im over on sugar i think ive done ok as my calories arent over lol but yes you're right its being healthy that matters along with weight loss :)

Thanks for that, thats helped i normally am below my macros apart from sugar im always over? should thi be a problem? I will try to cut it out as much as i can but just wanted to know what about the general rule of calories in vs calories out?

i've read another few posts on IIFYM from what i thought you can eat anything as long as its within your calories?? could somebody just confirm what it EXACTLY means as other posts have suggested otherwise. Im from the uk, and would love friends that are doing the same :)

from experience going cold turkey leads to unwanted binges and over eating this is the cycle i was in i would cram everything i wanted to eat in a day and then restrict myself and feel awful. forget calorie counting or any means of exercise, log on to the wonderful internet and order those slimming pills they really work!! dont forget to empty all your food through laxatives if you make the mistake of eating "normal foods" :laugh:

so what about the whole starvation mode? if its a weekly goal that matters because i used to have one high day of eating my metabolism should be ok? or should i expect to gain as ive upped my calorie intake from 900-1200 and am going to eat exc cals back?

ive tried so many different sites and they all give me a different number, is this one any better? thats the only reason im confused alot of them say different numbers, thanks for you reply x

mines the rock horror from the harvesters! its hot fudge cake layered with vanilla ice cream then whipped cream and a wafer, clocks in at 640 calories its massive! however if i reall want it we share between four of us and theres kids one which is the same but smaller! x
