if i know im going away for a couple of days or eating out i bank my exercise calories and just enjoy the food in small portions, i know its all a part of life so it happens, i don't weigh myself until im back on track and ive chugged lots of water and eaten right for the week before unless you consume 3500 calories over…

i havent actually weighed myself but my calculations from what ive eaten a roughly of fat :( back on it tomorrow i know i can do this! too scared to put on my jeans! either ive got really big or i have a slight case of body dismorphia (sigh)

I don't like it in my coffee but I always use it in cereal, porridge and to make shakes aswell :)

Go for it! And enjoy yourself one evening won't hinder your progress enjoy your food and get back to eating well after, its not like your going to eat it everyday or not have it ever! I want nandos now aswell lol :) x

I absolutely love nandos! I love chips and rice with mine with lots of sauce! All their food is so nice lol if it was me going I'd have my usual and take it a a treat or maybe work some of it off afterwards and drink lots of water enjoy your meal! X

i was shocked aswell I'm from the uk and just seeing the number of calorIes in fries from McDonald's from where you guys are has blown me away wow ! I log my McDonald's meal and its normally 860 calories that's fries a Big Mac and a diet coke :/

i always weighed on my friends scale so decided that it was time to get one for myself (hers died), my scale i bought is digital and an expensive one so i thought it would show the correct weight. I stick to my calories 6 days a week and on my weigh day I have what I want I don't starve myself during the week and am losing weight someone I know who I started mfp with lives on 800 calories a day and binges on the 7th day she's losing quicker but I defo would not recommend it tried to tell her that she should be more…

idk what's wrong with them the kgs and lbs is fine when I weigh but the setting on stones is where it's definitely playing up :)

i havent actually got back on it dreading it might put me up higher overnight or something but there definetley is something going on 2 out of three settings seem to be right ill probably give it back and get the exact same one my friend owned and i used that scale liked me lol :happy:

it would be if you ended up not doing any form of excercise and still logging in extra calories so your diary looked good your fine as long as your day ends with what youve put in your diary :)

is it ok to take the kgs or lbs as they were both my true weight and for the time being convert them into stones? if your a certain weight in kg it just converts right? its not possible that x amounts of lbs can be different to what they would be if converted into stones right?

if shes always complaining about how her weight makes her feel bad talk to her about the benefits of doing all these excercises and eating better together, have each other as a weight loss buddy to make it fun, maybe you could persuade her to go these classes with you! you could talk out her or you problems over healthy…

i knew the scale lied but mines turned out to be a complete monster!!! im guessing i should give it back or for less hassle weigh in kg and then convert or even weigh in lbs the stone side is a no go i'll try again tomorrow :)
