yup and all these readings are on the same scale same place i really dont get it :(

it gave me three different readings 2lb apart its an expensive scale so its quite discouraging although i felt alot better when i hadnt weighed because my clothes said otherwise, i was just curious to see what the scale said its the worst thing i could of done i was trying to think about what i had done during the week…

no I haven't got anything like that I remember someone saying try the scales with a bag of sugar so I guess ill buy a bag and do it that way x

It's totally new so I assume the battery's are ok it comes with carpet feet which I didn't attach as I've got laminate but I weigh in the kitchen which is where I always have done x

I used to use my friends and hers unfortunately died I guess I needed some anyway but these have upset me soooo bad! I'm so not motivated feel so crappy :(

first of all i think 800 calories are bad thats not enough to fuel your body don't do it!! if your hungry on 1700 i don't understand how your going to maintain the 800 calories a day, 1700 is double that amount and your still hungry?. I suggest stay with your calories that mfp has given you and throw in some excercise…

im thinking of defo doing the 30 day shred i wanted to know do you repeat these dvds after a certain amount of time? how do you maintain the results after you have finished? will the results stay as long as you maintain your weight or lose with a defect?

I was looking into this last night and its something I'd really like to do I wanted to know if you do level 1 for ten days straight and then level 2 for ten days and so on? Do you also have to do it 30 days straight? What happens if you take a rest day? Sorry so many questions but I'm interested to hear what people did and…

its definetley do able and you've given yourself a good amount of time to do this in my opinion even at a lb a week you'd be able to hit your target! You do have to realise that sometimes the scale wont read what you'd like to see so take measurements a couple of lbs up or down shouldnt matter, i never saw myself as…
