Use that 7th day as a treat day and then get back on track the day after your more likely to keep goin on your lifestyle change if you know there's that one day you can have a splurge :)

i logged in as much as i could remember i wasnt home for xmas but even after it was over alot of takeaways creamy coffees were available and omg i had it all i estimated it to be about that much in calories i havent even sat and thought about how much id have to eat to actually gain 3-4lbs bk i guessed lol :)

i have been over eating during the holidays i must of gained at least 3-4lbs back during this time:( .....

if you counting everything and are sticking to maintenance i would say that alot of that weight is water weight......i suggest staying of the scale if your going to worry and enjoy christmas its only once a year and if your not going to be able to enjoy all the good food and socialising when will you? i doubt you've put on…

how about a thermos? if you make it at home and take it with you, you can have it when u want and it will keep it warm aswell :)

I do look at that number and think oh ok but never assume if I'm doing it right it will be the number on the scale after 5 weeks scale fluctuates and sometimes I'm over on sodium or haven't been able to drink as much water but its ok to give you an idea x

I think it is....if you look at your calorie intake over the week rather than a day and your in a defect you should be ok.....i use up my excercise calories on a saturday and it's working for me. I wouldnt worry about it too much one day will not hurt and if its been a while since you've splurged i've heard it can boost…
