i weigh all my foods and measure all my drinks so i know i dont go over my calories even on bad days i still log and don't touch anything without reading the nutritional value ill try and switch my routine see if that helps thanks guys :)

i really don't think you should be feeling guilty, you worked out and earned your calories to eat all that stuff!! whats to feel guilty about? its not like you sat on your sofa pigging out, your net cals are still below so all's good its best to eat your excercise cals back anyway and if stopped your hunger and craving…

i just read up on this diet and wanted to know in the first cycle is it simply just lean meat fruit before 2pm and the vegetables mentioned i keep getting confused! can you have milk iin your coffee? and if you can eat unlimited meats won't you go over calories? its all really confusing!! id appreciate the help.

all of the above and don't deprive yourself of anything! it's a lifestyle change and not diet! change habits so they become a way of life! there are days when you will want to eat something high in cals or from a takeaway......have it in proportion...and don't feel guilty!! :) x

try eating at 1200 calories and any excercise calories you earn eat them back aswell, drink lots of water all this should give you results by your next weigh in good luck x

my starting weight was 187 lbs!! my target is 117 and currently at 123 lbs so nearly there! has been very hard indeed and im glad i did it! :)

just a 1200 cal diet every couple of weeks i would weigh myself and then have a day where i could eat all i wanted, i did spend a couple of months at the gym but then couldnt afford it........has been a hard journey but im nearly there!! this is proof anyone can do it! just don't lose the will to! nothing beats those weigh…
