Ok, I know water and powerade isn't enough for me. I tried doing a long run while training for a half marathon a couple years ago and fainted. I had run 14 miles and I just think my body needed something else to keep going. I'll try and experiment with different stuff, thanks.

I'm 5'9". My goal weight is 165, which I met on 2/15. In maintenance mode now. Thinking of trying to get to 159. We'll see!

Hi!! I have been running for about 3 years. I did one half marathon about 10 5k's, PR: 26:23 1 10 mile race: 1:38 1 8k I love to run!!

Thank you! I don't use any protein supplement. I get most of my protein from eggs, meat, cottage cheese, peanut butter, etc.
