Today I reached my goal weight. 100 pounds gone.

I started my journey on April 4th, 2011. I've lost a total of 74 pounds so far. It's hard for me to see a difference until I see pictures of myself. Sometimes I have to remind myself how far I've come, and hopefully this will motivate some of you. Have a great day everyone :)

HRM question
For those of you who wear a heart rate monitor, do you stop the HRM right when your done with your exercise or do you let it go for a while since your heart rate is still up? I usually wait a while, maybe 10 minutes or so to let my heart recover. And then, I input that many calories into MFP. Anybody know what the correct…
