Today I reached my goal weight. 100 pounds gone.

I started my journey on April 4, 2011. I was 265 lbs. Today I'm 165. I'm 5'9".

I exercise 5 days/week and kept within my daily calorie goal most days. I love taking exercise classes and I'm a runner! I've run in 11 different races now including a half marathon. I plan on running 11 more races this year. Thanks to all my MFP buddies, you are all more motivation than you know.
