My lifting results

I started lifting in June 2012, and yesterday I completed the New Rules of Lifting program. I am very happy with my results and wanted to share with you all. There is only about a 12 lbs difference in the pictures but I think I gained lots of muscle!
The stripped swimsuit pictures are the before, and the after are the maroon top ones.
Here's the link to see them, since I was having a hard time posting pictures on here.

I'm going to try and get a couple of the pics up here for you, they might be large since you would need to resize them.
Edit: Guess it won't let me put yours up, states you moved. Sorry, I tried. :yawn:0 -

Thank you! I don't use any protein supplement. I get most of my protein from eggs, meat, cottage cheese, peanut butter, etc.0 -
