I've only been on MFP for 20 days and lost 4lbs but I swear my jeans I always wear feel a lot better! Normally they really pinch my skin, but they are fitting comfortable! I think it's from drinking a lot of water and not being as bloated!

I just feel that a chest strap is going to be uncomfortable especially for someone like me who is on the heavier side.

Today I forced myself to eat Ezekiel almond sprouted whole grain cereal. I just tried really hard to switch my brain off while eating because it is really tasteless. I knew it was good for me and would fill me up, so I was definitely trying to eat just to fuel my body.

I also like to see all that data but I also want accurate data. I know not everything will be to the T but I would hope I could choose something that is accurate as possible. Making a list of what I want is a good idea too! Thanks!

I guess I felt disgusted with myself...which could be shameful. Each day though, I am starting to feel better and better!
