Nink, I think I am binging because when I go out on the weekend with my friends we eat out and the food just taste so flavorful because it is so fatty. I try really hard not to deprive myself so I don't binge, but my self control is just something I need to work on some more.

I just wanted you all to know that I started this thread on December 8th weight at 218. Today, I weighed in at 197.1 for a total loss of 20.9lbs! Thanks All!

Oh okay, see I wonder about these things, and just hope I am not alone. Thanks Rabbit for the report! I really like how that looks. I use my Aria scale which inputs the weight information into my Fitbit dashboard and then to MFP.

I bought this romper size 1X last summer thinking it would look good on me. When I looked in the mirror it was so incredibly cute except for my big belly sticking out. I am hoping by this summer... it will fit! It is my only motivation clothing!

I drink breakfast sometimes. It tastes good and it's quick and easy. 1 cup Almond Milk 70g Blueberries or Blackberries 1/2 Banana 1/2 scoop of Chocolate Slim Fast Cals: 186 It keeps me satisfied for my hour ride to work, then when I get in I eat a bag of nuts!
