I've had mine for several months now, and yes I do love it.

I have been doing this for years. You get a taste with every bite and only eat a teaspoon or so.

The only one my whole family agrees on is Hidden Valley Ranch Light. I am a fork dipper so I only eat about a teaspoon at one time.

Keep it as fresh and simple as possible. I am a old fashioned cook and just make lighter choices for my ingredients.

Yep! breakfast is always 2 egg whites with 2 TBS Jimmy Deans Turkey sausage crumbles, topped with 1Tbs picante sauce. My morning snack is always a 100 cal pack of almonds and walnut mix.

I love mine also. I had it for a few months now. I try to get to my 10k steps a day. @cynthials Just a small suggestion. I only track my food on MFP. It is a excellent pedometer. I think it is very accurate. It measures side and back steps. I like it because it make me aware of how many steps I need to get to 10k.
