(No calorie bargain) I had blackened talapia, cole slaw(vinegar not mayo based),green beans, steamed spinach, garlic cheddar biscuit and sf apple pie...I am stuffed. I am working on a menu that includes Ham, Baked sweet potato, some sort of veggie, pasta & broccoli salad, peach cobbler, and a coke cake of some kind. We eat pretty simple. My guys don't like most casseroles. We don't get out much for the holidays so that is not a issue. I don't do the cookies and homemade candies thing.…

If I counted right we had 79 people on the last chart. I haven't seen alot of the names since including Baino. I plan to keep the challenge going if possible.

Cool, I never knew what to call it. I went for 2 1/2 years and the only meat I consumed was shrimp. I did not do a good job of the rest of my choices and ended up with my hair falling out. Then I just gave up and went back to eating meat.

This is a first for me. Friday my dept is going out to Furr's cafeteria for lunch. I looked up the menu and decided what I want and logged it into my foods for that day. Calories 399 Now if I can just be blindfolded and my food brought to me:laugh:

It has been 32yrs. but I had my tubal. It was a little 2 inch incision. I had a lot of soreness but nothing major. That was on May 20th and I was on the job June 1st. I recommend it.

It is best to grind it yourself or buy the skinless breast and have the butcher grind it. The frozen or already packaged contain the skin and fat.

I have been dieting more years than I can remember but the only thing I have sucessfully made a habit is I always get my dressing on the side and I dip my fork. In the end I can barely see what is missing but I tasted dressing every bite.

My little sister had alot of the symtoms and she found out she had a gluten allergy.

I am glad the food is gone. I reduced the calories as much as I could without a rebellion but still it was there haunting me daily.
