I have been doing well. As you see I made it to onderland...finally. I am still working outside so...yes it It is cold. But after 20 years I have learned to dress for it.

You got it already..cool. I am ordering mine. I had 3 fitbits for several years so I am a very satisfied user. I lost one, drowned one. I have now had the same "One" for about 2 years.

The holidays are very stressful. Just try to stay on track Try chewing gum at night. I try to always chew it when I cook so I don't taste a whole meals worth of calories...lol

You can go to the Fitbit website to get it set up. I have now had 3. One got lost, one drowned. But I love them. I plan to buy the new Charge HR when it is released this winter.

DH has to work tomorrow so we just had Thanksgiving. I did very well. 520 calories. I have not ate my low cal crustless pumpkin pie yet. Have a great Thanksgiving! :D
