My family wanted beef stew so I made me a separate pot with zucchini , cabbage, onion and diced tomatoes. It was very good. And fit my plan :D

I have an outside job in Texas, for the longest time I was baffled why I couldn't get full. I was always craving sweets. When I started drinking enough I started losing again and the cravings went away.

Oh, I forgot I am a 59 year old who has been a yo-yo dieter for 40 years. My highest weight was 306 in 2004. I have taken a long time but I am slowly getting to my goal

We have very similar goals. My final is also 160. I made my Thanksgiving goal 10lbs but am praying for 11 that will put me in onderland

It is a medical supervised very low calorie, low carb diet. I have lost 21 lbs in the first 5 weeks.

I agree, I quit last Thanksgiving. Only unsweet tea coffee or water for me.
