  • I've only just started this but i get some sandwich meat(usually bbq chicken), lettuce and a tortilla wrap and its fairly low when on my diary and also fills me right up until 7pm.
  • I wouldnt say I hate water but I don't go out of my way to drink it. Try diluting juice or flavoured water. I don't mind water if its ice ice cold. Hopefully this helps.
  • You've done it before and you can definitely do it again! You've proved that to yourself. Nothing worth having comes easy and you have more than enough willpower to lose the weight.   • I have alot of weight to lose too. Looking for people to keep me motivated. I am on the same boat too. My whole perspective to food needs to change. Hope this community helps!
