I weigh in everyday. No, I don't get frustrated or angry when I "go up a pound" in a day. Or three pounds. I know fluctuations happen. I'm in! This is my first challenge (and post). 175 now, 166 by Halloween. I'm a grad student so it is hard to find time to exercise, but campus is four miles away, so this is a great motivation to bike to school.
